The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:
EOG Resources, Inc. (F030016, P0036639):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by EOG Resources, Inc. to modify the Bolt 36 Water Reuse Facility by installing eight (8) 750 bbl produced water tanks (TNK005-TNK012), two (2) 500 bbl oil storage tanks (TNK013-TNK014) and one (1) enclosed combustion device (FLR001). The facility inventory for the Bolt 36 Water Reuse Facility will be updated to remove the one (1) 10,000 bbl Poseidon water storage tank (TNK001), two (2) 620 bbl produced water storage tanks (TNK002-TNK003) and one (1) 620 bbl skim oil tank (TNK004) since the equipment was never installed. The emissions for heaters (HET001-HET002) and truck loading operations (LUD001) will also be updated. The Bolt 36 Water Reuse Facility is located in the NW¼ NW¼ of Section 36, T42N, R72W, approximately twelve (12) miles south of Wright, in Campbell County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F030016 and permit number P0036639 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Campbell County Clerk’s Office, Gillette, Wyoming.
