Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC (F029098, P0036631):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by by Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC to construct the 20 Mile Compressor Station with the following equipment five (5) 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B/ULB engines, 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516LEU/LE+ engines, 637 hp Caterpillar G3412C LE engines, 1,035 hp Caterpillar G3512B engines, 1,470 hp Waukesha L7042GSI engines or 840 hp Waukesha F3524GSI engines in any combination (ENG012-ENG016), five (5) 1,775 hp Caterpillar G3606 A3 engines, 1,875 hp Caterpillar G3606 A4 engines, 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B/ULB engines, 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516LEU/LE+ engines, 1,470 hp Waukesha L7042GSI engines, or 1,680 hp Waukesha L7044GSI engines in any combination (ENG017-ENG021), one (1) 300 hp or less rich or lean burn generator engine (ENG022), up to two (2) TEG dehydration units with single or combined capacity up to 50 MMscfd (DHY003-DHY004), up to two (2) 1.5 MMBtu/hr or less TEG reboiler(s) (HET004-HET005), up to three (3) 5.0 MMBtu/hr liquid recycling heaters (HET006, HET009-HET010 ), one (1) 15 MMscfd or less JT skid, three (3) 400 bbl or less atmospheric condensate storage tanks (TNK003-TNK004, TNK008), two (2) 500 bbl or less produced water tanks (TNK005, TNK006) equipped with a 0.25 MMBtu/hr heater (HET007-HET008), one (1) 30,000 gal or less pressurized condensate bullet storage tank (TNK007), up to two (2) combustors or flares (FLR004-FLR005), two (2) truck load-outs (LUD003-LUD004), six (6) pig receivers and six (6) pig launchers (BVC004), fugitives (FUG002), blowdowns (BVC005) and rod packing vents (BVC006). The 20 Mile Compressor Station is located in the SE¼ NW¼ & SW¼ NE¼ of Section 13, T34N, R68W, approximately twenty-four (24) miles east-northeast of Douglas, Converse County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F029098 and permit number P0036631 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
