Continental Resources Incorporated (F031198, P0036739):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Continental Resources Incorporated to construct the Dominion Compressor Station with the following equipment, two (2) 1,875 hp Caterpillar G3606 compressor engines (ENG001-ENG002), one (1) 550 hp NG 22L generator engine (ENG003), one (1) 36 Mscf/day TEG dehydrator (DHY001), one (1) 1.0 MMBtu/hr dehydrator reboiler heater (HET001), three (3) 750 bbl condensate storage tanks (TNK001-TNK003), one (1) 750 bbl produced water storage tank (TNK004), two (2) truck loadouts (LUD001-LUD002), fugitive emissions (FUG001), two (2) enclosed combustors (FLR001-FLR002), pigging emissions (BV001), compressor blowdown emissions (BVC002) and rod packing emissions (BVC003). The Dominion Compressor Station is located in the NE¼ SE¼ of Section 33, T36N, R73W, approximately eighteen (18) miles northeast of Glenrock, Converse County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031198 and permit number P0036739 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
