OWD Pond Guidance
Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: Notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, will be implementing a permitting guidance for oilfield waste disposal (OWD) ponds effective May 2023.
