The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

WGR Operating, LP (F002186, P0035608):  

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by WGR Operating, LP to modify the Jonah Compressor Station by installing one (1) 55 MMscfd TEG dehydration unit (DHY005), one (1) 0.65 MMBtu/hr dehy reboiler (HET015), and four (4) 535 gal methanol tanks (TNK007-TNK010), updating emissions for the existing reboiler heaters (HET003, HET005), combustor (FLR001), and methanol tank (TNK004), and removing one (1) 0.25 MMBtu/hr tank heater (HET001) and one (1) 2.5 MMBtu/hr line heater (HET004). The Jonah Compressor Station is located in the SW1/4 of Section 34, T29N, R108W, approximately twenty-two (22) miles east-southeast of Big Piney, in Sublette County, Wyoming. A Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) demonstration in accordance with the Division’s Interim Policy has been conducted. Emission offset requirements, if applicable, have been applied to this permitting action at a ratio of 1.5:1.0 for VOCs and 1.1:1.0 for NOx. Permitting actions to date, including this application, have resulted in a decrease in NOx emissions of 51.6 tpy and a decrease in VOC emissions of 178.0 tpy. Therefore, WGR Operating, LP has met the offset requirements for VOCs and NOx.

This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sublette County Library, Pinedale, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Sublette County Clerk’s Office, Pinedale, Wyoming.
