The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Anadarko E&P Onshore LLC (F030879, P0035796):  

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Anadarko E&P Onshore LLC to permanently operate an existing generator engine (ENG001), one (1) 550 hp Doosan 22L, and the ability to replace it with one (1) 456 hp Doosan 18L, one (1) 362 hp Doosan 14L, 272 hp Doosan 11L, 199 hp Doosan 8L, or 106 hp Doosan 8L NA engine at the Trinity Fed 3368-4-T4XH,N6XH, 3468-21-T4H,N8H facility located in the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 33, T34N, R68W, approximately twenty (20) miles east-northeast of Douglas, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at, utilizing facility ID F030879 and permit number P0035796 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
