The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Tallgrass Midstream, LLC (F000488, P0035771):  

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Tallgrass Midstream, LLC to modify the Hogs Draw Compressor Station by installing one (1) compressor engine (ENG008) consisting of either a 1,680 hp Waukesha L7044GSI or 1,480 hp Waukesha L7042GSI or 1,380 hp Waukesha L5794GSI or 840 hp Waukesha F3524GSI, one (1) 400 bbl condensate tank (TNK010), one (1) three-phase separator (SEP002), one (1) 500 gallon engine skin drain liquid sump tank (TNK011), one (1) 500 gallon compressor lube oil/engine lube oil tank (TNK012), one (1) 500 gallon antifreeze tank (TNK013), compressor rod packing leaks (BVC004) from compressors associated with ENG008, compressor blowdowns (BVC005) from the compressor associated with ENG008 and pneumatic devices (PNE004). The Hogs Draw Compressor Station is located in the SW¼ SE¼ of Section 36, T34N, R68W, approximately twenty-three (23) miles east-northeast of Douglas, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at, utilizing facility ID F000488 and permit number P0035771 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
