The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Northwest Pipeline LLC (F000633, P0035852):  

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Northwest Pipeline LLC to modify the Green River Compressor Station with the shutdown and removal of four (4) 1,500 hp Cooper Bessemer GMWC-6 compressor engines (ENG002-ENG005), one (1) 6,130 hp Solar Centaur 50 T-6100S turbine (ENG009), one (1) 400 hp Caterpillar 3408SI generator engine (ENG006), one (1) 499 hp Caterpillar 3512 SITA generator engine (ENG010), one (1) 3.35 Million Btu per hour (MMBtu/hr) Sellers C-80-W boiler (BOL002), one (1) Sivalls fuel gas line heater (HET002), and various storage tanks. With this modification the Green River Compressor Station will also install the following equipment: one (1) 5,179 hp Solar Centaur 50-6200LS compressor turbine (ENG012), one (1) 6,368 hp Solar Taurus 60-7800S compressor turbine (ENG013), one (1) Centrifugal compressor dry gas seal leaks (VNT001), one (1) Compressor blowdown (BVC001), two (2) 1,072 hp Capstone C800 microturbine generators (ENG014, ENG015), one (1) Pneumatic devices (PNE001), one (1) Lube oil storage tank (TNK001), one (1) oil/water storage tank (TNK002), three (3) Pigging units (BVC002), and Piping and equipment leaks (FUG001).The Green River Compressor Station is located in the SW¼ NE¼ of Section 10, T15N, R109W, approximately twenty (20) mile southwest of Green River, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F000633 and permit number P0035852 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sweetwater County Library, Green River, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Sweetwater County Clerk’s Office, Green River, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
