Regional Haze SIP Hearing
The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality – Air Quality Division (Division) will hold a Regional Haze Round 2 State Implementation Plan (SIP) hearing on March 23, 2022, at 9:00 AM at the Wyoming Game and Fish Department Building, 5400 Bishop Blvd. Cheyenne, Wyoming in the Trout Meeting Room. Interested parties may access the hearing in person or virtually by registering at https://register.gotowebinar.com/register/234542743961709584. All oral comments made during the hearing will become part of the administrative record. Written comments will also become part of the administrative record if they are signed by the commenter and submitted to Nancy Vehr, Administrator, DEQ/AQD, 200 West 17th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82002, or faxed to 307-635-1784, by the close of the hearing on March 23, 2022. Electronic comments may only be submitted by filling out the public comment form provided at: http://aq.wyomingdeq.commentinput.com/. Copies of the public notice, and the proposed SIP are available for public inspection at the Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division, 200 West 17th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82002.
