The Water Quality Rule for Class VI Carbon Sequestration has been enacted as of October 5, 2021.  For a copy of the current Rule, please visit: https://rules.wyo.gov/.

The Class VI Permit Application is now available.   A Class VI Permit Application Packet Overview is provided to assist with the process of submitting a permit application to WDEQ.  The documents should be available on the website shortly.  If you would like the information before the posting, please contact Lily Barkau at lily.barkau@wyo.gov.
