Capacity Development Standards for Public Water Supplies Rulemaking

The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Water Quality Division (WDEQ/WQD) is requesting public comment related to potential revisions to Water Quality Rules and Regulations Chapter 22, Capacity Development Standards for Public Water Supplies. These potential revisions, together with additional background information, are further described within WQD’s Public Outreach document available online at http://deq.wyoming.gov/wqd/resources/proposed-rules-regs/

Public comments on the topics WDEQ/WQD is considering, as well as feedback on any other aspects of WDEQ/WQD regulations relating to Capacity Development Standards for Public Water Supplies, may be submitted beginning March 17, 2021 and ending at 5:00 p.m. (MST) on April 19, 2021.
