Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Mullinax Incorporated to construct the Cross H Scoria pit, a fifteen (15) acre mine, which will include scoria crushing, screening, exposed acreage, stockpiling and haul activity. The Cross H Scoria is located within Section 4 and Section 9, T50N, R81W, approximately five (5) mile east-southeast of Buffalo, in Johnson County, Wyoming. The applicant estimates an annual production rate of 30,000 tons. No concrete batch plants or hot mix asphalt plants are planned for this site.
