Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Ramsey Hill Exploration, LLC to construct and operate the Wright Aggregate Processing Site which will include two (2) rotary sand dryers, raw aggregate receiving, a crusher, washing plant, product loadout and a dry storage building. The purpose of this site will be to turn the raw aggregate stockpile into a high-quality sand for the oil and gas industry and other markets. Maximum annual production rate is 5.3 MMtpy of raw aggregate/wet sand. The Wright Processing Site is located in the SE¼ of Section 23, T44N, R72W, in Wright, Campbell County, Wyoming.

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Ballard Petroleum Holdings (CMP001954) to construct a new gas/condensate production facility, known as the GDU West Battery (F030015), consisting of the GDU 11-5B PH and GDU Federal 14-5 PH wells, with one smokeless combustion device and one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and produced gas, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 5, T47N, R73W, approximately seventeen (17) miles south-southwest of Gillette, in Campbell County, Wyoming.
