Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by North Shore Exploration & Production, LLC to modify the Brady Gas Plant by authorizing the operation of two (2) 20,000 bbl IFR crude oil tanks (TNK001-TNK002), four (4) 400 bbl condensate storage tanks (TNK006-TNK009), two (2) 0.5 MMBtu/hr tank heaters (HET015-HET016), updating the potential-to-emit emissions for the current equipment at the facility, updating the facility inventory with the removal of five (5) Ingersoll Rand 612 KVSR engines (ENG001-ENG005), four (4) Solar Saturn Turbines (ENG008-ENG011) and four (4) heaters (HET006-HET007, HET011-HET012). The Brady Gas Plant is located in Section 11, T16N, R101W, approximately twenty-five (25) miles southwest of Table Rock, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
