Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by EOG Resources, Inc. to install and operate multiple portable vapor recovery unit (VRU) engines with 75 units consisting of any combination of: 72 hp GM Vortec 4.3L, 92 hp GM Vortec 5.7L, 135 hp Cummins G8.3C, and 188 hp Cummins G855C engines (ENG001-ENG075). The portable VRU engines (ENG001-ENG075) will be operated at oil and gas well sites at various locations in Laramie, Converse, Campbell and Johnson Counties, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F030179 and permit number P0029696 under permits.
