Public Notice: Draft Permit Modification - UIC Class I - 15-429 Grey Hawk Operating, LLC Modification

Notice of Proposed Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality
Underground Injection Control Permit

The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) Underground Injection Control (UIC) Program regulates certain discharges of pollutants into ground waters of the State. Operators of these discharges are required to receive coverage under a UIC permit. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the UIC Program is proposing the issuance of a permit modification (15-429) for the Grey Hawk Operating, LLC’s Hawk Point 12-29 Injection Well. The permittee is Mr. Clint Guthrie, 130 Iverness Plaza, #170, Birmingham, AL, 35242. The Hawk Point 12-29 Injection Well is located in the SW¼NW¼, Section 29, Township 47 North, Range 72 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Campbell County.
