The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Anschutz Exploration Corporation (A0007667): Modify the Mooney Draw 1H (F026716) by recompleting the well, with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 29, T52N, R74W, approximately eighteen (18) miles northwest of Gillette, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0007734): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Blade 31 SESW PAD (F028816), consisting of the Blade 19-3130H and 413-3130H wells, with one reboiler overheads condenser, one TEG flash tank separator, one vapor recovery unit and one common smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, dehydration unit, vapor recovery tower, pneumatic pump and truck loadout, located in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 31, T40N, R71W, approximately fourteen (14) miles northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0007024): Modify the Blade 21 SENW PAD to consist of equipment associated with an enhanced oil recovery (EOR) project. The equipment consist of two (2) compressor engines, two (2) or less vapor recovery unit engines, one (1) unheated inlet separator and one (1) 20.0 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) tri-ethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration unit w/ (3) Kimray Model 20015SC glycol pumps, 0.6 million Btu per hour (MMBtu/hr) reboiler heater, TEG flash tank and reboiler overheads condenser. The Blade 21 SENW PAD is located in the SE¼NW¼ of Section 21, T40N, R71W, approximately fifteen (15) miles north-northwest of Bill, Converse County, Wyoming.

(A0007725): Modify the Arbalest 33 NWNW PAD (F026759) with the addition of production and equipment associated with five new wells, the Arbalest 85-3321H, 277-3304H, 439-3304H, 440-3321H and 441-3321H, with two reboiler overheads condensers, two TEG flash tank separators, two vapor recovery units and three common smokeless flares to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, dehydration units, vapor recovery towers, pneumatic pump and truck loadout, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 33, T41N, R72W, approximately twenty-two (22) miles northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Silver Creek Midstream, LLC (A0006866): Construct and operate the North Station consisting of two (2) offloading stations for crude oil delivery, three (3) 50,000 barrel (bbl) internal floating roof (IFR) tanks (TNK001-TNK003) and electrically driven pumps and meters. The North Station is located in the NE¼ of Section 19, T42N, R74W, approximately eighteen (18) miles southwest of Wright, in Campbell County, Wyoming.
