Notice of Final Adoption Water Quality Rules and Regulations, Chapter 27

The Department of Environmental Quality, Water Quality Division has revised the Wyoming Water Quality Rules and Regulations. Chapter 27, Underground Injection Control Program, was modified by clarifying financial assurance requirements for Underground Injection Control (UIC) Class I facilities and for Class V, coalbed methane produced water injection facilities.

The Environmental Quality Council adopted the revised rules at a public hearing in the Main Conference Room of the Wyoming State Library, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming on November 6, 2018. The final rule was filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State on December 3, 2018.
