The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Devon Energy Production Company, L.P., (A0007563): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the CU Downs 02-3669 Pad 1 (F029020), consisting of the CU Downs Fed 35-263769-1XTPH well, with one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil storage tanks, active produced water tanks and truck loading, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 2, T36N, R69W, approximately ten (10) miles southeast of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Northwoods Operating LLC (A0007479): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Rusty Federal 4075-23-14-1UH (F028030), with one common smokeless flare to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil storage tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 26, T40N, R75W, approximately thirty-one (31) miles west-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Vermilion Energy USA LLC (A0007560): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Christensen 15-1H & 15-2H PAD (F027587), with two smokeless flares to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 15, T40N, R63W, approximately forty-seven (47) miles north of Lusk, in Niobrara County, Wyoming.
