The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Anschutz Oil Company, LLC (A0007615): Conduct blowdown and venting activities (F029008) in Campbell and Converse Counties, Wyoming. The proposed permit includes requirements to conduct well blowdown and venting activities using Best Management Practices (BMP) associated with manual and automated blowdown/venting episodes associated with liquids unloading, wellbore depressurization in preparation for maintenance or repair, hydrate clearing, emergency operations and equipment depressurization, and to monitor, maintain records, and report emissions from the well blowdown and venting activities.

Gillette Funeral Services, LLC (A0007441): Establish the Walker Funeral Home human cremation retort (crematory), to consist of a Matthews Environmental Solutions Power Pak I (IE43-PPI) multi-chamber crematory. The unit is designed to incinerate human remains at a rate of 150 pounds per hour (lb/hr). The secondary chamber (afterburner) operates at a minimum of 1,600°F. The Walker Funeral Home facility is located at 410 Medical Arts Ct., Gillette, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

Peak Powder River Resources, LLC (A0007619): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Bridle Bit 2-11-14PH (F028950), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 11, T42N, R72W, approximately eight (8) miles south of Wright, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

Peak Powder River Resources, LLC (A0007620): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Nine Mile 2-23TH (F028949), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 23, T42N, R74W, approximately four (4) miles east-southeast of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

Williams Field Services Company (A0007197): Install two (2) 6 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration units at the Tierney E5 7 CDM East PAD (F028896), with two reboiler overheads condensers and one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration units, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 7, T19N, R93W, approximately thirty-six (36) miles west-southwest of Rawlins, in Carbon County, Wyoming.
