The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Northwoods Operating LLC (A0007475): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Jupiter Fed 3876-11-2-2FH & Raider Fed 3876-11-2-1FH PAD (F028060), consisting of the Raider Fed 3876-11-2-1FH well, with one common smokeless flare to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil storage tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 14, T38N, R76W, approximately twenty-eight (28) miles north of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Southland Royalty Company, LLC (A0007505): Construct a new gas and condensate production facility, known as the Tierney E5 7-A3H & A4H PAD (F028997), with two smokeless combustion devices and one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate tanks, active produced water tanks, pneumatic pumps, truck loading and heater treater gas, located in the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 7, T19N, R93W, approximately thirty-six (36) miles west-southwest of Rawlins, in Carbon County, Wyoming.

Southland Royalty Company, LLC (A0007104): Modify Air Quality Permit P0024544 with the addition of ten (10) 92 hp GM Vortec 5.7L compressor engines at oil and gas well sites at various locations in Sweetwater and Carbon Counties in  Wyoming.

Williams Field Services Company (A0007327): Modify the nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission rate for the three (3) Capstone C200 microturbines and to add one (1) 1,000 gallon (gal) used oil storage tank at the Chain Lake Compressor Station. The Chain Lake Compressor Station is located in the W1/2 SE1/4 of Section 33, T22N, R94W, approximately ten (10) miles north-northwest of Wamsutter, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
