The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Microsoft Corporation (A0006522): Modify operations at the Microsoft Cheyenne Data Center with the installation and operation of ten (10) 3.0 MW Kawasaki GPS3750-Z simple cycle natural gas-fired turbines (ENG058-ENG067), one (1) 2,800 hp Caterpillar 3516C diesel emergency generator (ENG068), ten (10) aqueous urea aboveground storage tanks and one (1) 200 gallon ultra-low sulfur diesel aboveground storage tank. The Microsoft Cheyenne Data Center is located at 644 Logistics Drive, Cheyenne, in Laramie County, Wyoming. Microsoft proposes to operate the ten (10) 3.0 MW Kawasaki GPS3750-Z simple cycle natural gas-fired turbines with an operating hours limitation of 400 hours per year for each turbine and the diesel emergency generator with an operating hours limitation of 100 hours per year.

Southland Royalty Company, LLC (A0007167): Construct a new gas and condensate production facility, known as the Monument Lake H5 15-1H / 2H PAD (F028205), consisting of the Monument Lake H5 15-1H and 15-2H wells, with two smokeless combustion devices and one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate tanks, active produced water tanks, pneumatic pumps, truck loading and heater treater gas, located in the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 15, T22N, R93W, approximately fifteen (15) miles north-northeast of Wamsutter, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

Southland Royalty Company, LLC (A0007168): Construct a new gas and condensate production facility, known as the Chain Lakes I5 33-1H & 2H PAD (F028813), consisting of the Chain Lakes I5 33-1H and 33-2H wells, with two smokeless combustion devices and one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate tanks, active produced water tanks, pneumatic pumps, truck loading and heater treater gas, located in the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 33, T23N, R93W, approximately eighteen (18) miles north of Wamsutter, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
