The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Chesapeake Operating LLC (A0006982): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Clausen Ranch 18-34-70 USA A PAD (F028822), consisting of the Clausen 18-34-70 USA A SX10H well, with one common smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and truck loadout, located in the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 18, T34N, R70W, approximately twelve (12) miles north-northeast of Douglas, in Converse County, Wyoming.

The PRCC Compressor Station is located in the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 18, T40N, R71W, approximately sixteen (16) miles north-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.
