The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0007043): Modify the Blade 22 NWNW PAD (F027780) with the addition of production and equipment associated with two new wells, the Blade 425-22H and 426-22H, with two common smokeless flares to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, vapor recovery towers, pneumatic pumps and truck loading, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 22, T40N, R71W, approximately fifteen (15) miles north-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission, LLC (A0007099): Modify the Glenrock Compressor Station by installing one (1) 2,370 hp Caterpillar G3608LE compressor engine (ENG004), and modify the existing Ajax engine (ENG001) by reducing the current 8,400 annual operating hour limit to a 7,700 annual operating hour limit. Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission, LLC is also requesting to remove the Caterpillar G3608LE compressor engine (ENG002) that was permitted but never installed as the authorization for this engine has expired. The Glenrock Compressor Station is located in the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 34, T33N, R73W, approximately twelve (12) miles west of Douglas, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Wold Energy Partners, LLC (A0007053): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Pacific Power 3675-27-34-3-1FH (F028805), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 27, T36N, R75W, approximately fourteen (14) miles north of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming.
