The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0006929): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Windy 31 SESW PAD (F028152), consisting of the Windy 518-3130H and 519-3130H wells, with one common smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and truck loadout, located in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 31, T13N, R64W, approximately fourteen (14) miles east-southeast of Cheyenne, in Laramie County, Wyoming.

Williams Field Services Company (A0006846): Install two (2) 6 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration units at the Chain Lakes I5 33 CDM West Pad (F028798), with two reboiler overheads condensers and one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration units, located in the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 33, T23N, R93W, approximately eighteen (18) miles north of Wamsutter, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
