The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Northwoods Operating, LLC (A0006592): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Sawtooth Fed 3975-11-2-1SH (F027951), with one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil storage tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 11, T39N, R75W, approximately thirty (30) miles west-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Tallgrass Midstream, LLC (A0006359): Modify the Scott Booster Station by changing the facility name to Scott Compressor Station and installing four (4) 1,680 hp Waukesha L7044GSI compressor engines (ENG005-ENG008), one (1) 1,480 hp Waukesha L7042GSI compressor engine (ENG004), three (3) 400 barrel (bbl) slop oil storage tanks (TNK009-TNK011), one (1) pressurized 2-phase inlet separator (SEP001), two (2) 3-phase horizontal pressurized separators (SEP002-SEP003), pigging activities (BVC002), two (2) 20.0 MMscfd dehydration units (DHY002-DHY003) each equipped with a 1.0 MMBtu/hr reboiler (HET003-HET004) and two (2) 2.0 MMBtu/hr combustors (FLR002-FLR003) to control the dehydration units, one (1) tank vapor combustor (FLR004), one (1) produced water truck loadout (LUD002), and update facility emissions. Also, the two (2) existing 210 bbl slop oil storage tanks (TNK003-TNK004) will no longer be in slop oil service as they will now be used as produced water storage tanks. The Scott Compressor Station is located in the SE¼SE¼ of Section 4, T35N, R71W, approximately fifteen (15) miles south-southwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Wold Energy Partners, LLC (A0006355): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the State 3675-16-9-2.2FH (F028214), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 16, T36N, R75W, approximately fifteen (15) miles north of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Wold Energy Partners, LLC (A0006588): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Tillard 3676-12-13-2F2H (F028223), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 12, T36N, R76W, approximately seventeen (17) miles north of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming.
