The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Anschutz Oil Company, LLC (A0006516): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Remi State 3671-16-21-9 FH (F028207), with two smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 16, T36N, R71W, approximately eleven (11) miles southwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. (A0006410): Modify the Boner Bros 37-71-32 PAD (F026911), with the addition of production and equipment associated with one new well, the SDU Boner Bros Fed 29-203771-4XPH, with one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil storage tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 32, T37N, R71W, approximately nine (9) miles southwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

(A0006402): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Boner Bros 37-71 28 Pad 3 (F028143), consisting of the SDU Boner Bros Fed 21-173771-4XPH, 22-153771-1XPH and 28-333771-4XPH wells, with one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil storage tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 28, T37N, R71W, approximately eight (8) miles southwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC (A0005235): Construct the Moore Compressor Station to consist of ten (10) compressor engines, one (1) 300 hp or less rich or lean burn generator engine, one (1) 400 bbl or less produced water tank equipped with a 0.25 MMBtu/hr heater, one (1) 50,000 gal or two (2) 20,000 gal condensate bullet tank(s), two (2) truck load-outs, two (2) 25.0 MMscfd or one (1) 40.0 MMscfd TEG dehydration unit(s), up to two (2) 1.5 MMBtu/hr TEG reboiler(s), one (1) 15 MMscfd or less JT skid, up to two (2) combustors or flares, and pigging activities. The Moore Compressor Station is located in the NE¼SE¼ of Section 18, T36N, R68W, approximately fourteen (14) miles southeast of Bill, Converse County, Wyoming.
