The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

BP America Production Company (A0006378): Construct a new gas and condensate production facility, known as the Luman 8-115H PAD (F028027), consisting of the Luman 8-105H and 8-115H wells, with two smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate tanks, active produced water tanks, pneumatic pumps and truck loading, located in the NW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 5, T22N, R95W, approximately eighteen (18) miles north of Red Desert, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

Samson Resources Company (A0006454): Construct a new gas and condensate production facility, known as the Barricade 1496-S26-16V (F028232), with two smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate tanks, active produced water tank and dehydration unit, located in the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 26, T14N, R96W, approximately thirty-five (35) miles south of Red Desert, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

Samson Resources Company (A0006455): Construct a new gas and condensate production facility, known as the Barricade 1496-S26-05V (F028231), with two smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate tanks, active produced water tank and dehydration unit, located in the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 26, T14N, R96W, approximately thirty-four (34) miles south of Red Desert, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

Williams Field Services Company (A0006452): Install two (2) 6 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration units at the Chain Lakes 32-40H/45H CDM (F028237), with two reboiler overheads condensers and one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration units, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 32, T23N, R93W, approximately seventeen (17) miles north of Wamsutter, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
