The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Merit Energy Company (A0006307): Modify the Spring Creek Battery (F020295) with the addition of production and equipment associated with five new wells, the Spring Creek 50, 81, 97, 98 and 99, with a vapor recovery unit and smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, skim tanks and heater treater flash gas, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 12, T49N, R102W, approximately eleven (11) miles west-northwest of Meeteetse, in Park County, Wyoming.

Merit Energy Company (A0006374): Modify the Byron Battery 2 (F001074) with the addition of production and equipment associated with four new wells, the Abraham 11H, Neveille 3H, Byron Union 14H and Hoskins 14H, with a vapor recovery unit and smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, skim tanks and heater treater flash gas, located in the NE1/4 of Section 23, T56N, R97W, approximately six (6) miles west-southwest of Lovell, in Big Horn County, Wyoming.

Oftedal Construction, Inc. (A0006375): Establish the Boswell Springs Mine, a fifteen (15) acre limestone mine. The Boswell Springs Mine will include limestone crushing, screening, blasting, exposed acreage, stockpiling, haul activity and a concrete batch plant, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 30, T23N, R74W, approximately seventeen (17) miles northeast of Rock River, in Albany County, Wyoming. The applicant estimates an annual production rate of 300,000 tons. No hot mix asphalt plants are planned for this site.
