The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

High Desert Construction, Inc. (A0006039): Install and operate a portable hot mix asphalt plant to be located initially at 46 Reliance Rd., Reliance, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.  Maximum production for the portable hot mix asphalt plant is reported at 50,000 tons per year (tpy) and 140 tons per hour (tph).

Samson Resources Company (A0006268): Modify the Endurance 42-10 well site by converting it into a water injection well, known as the Endurance 42-10 SWD (F022351), located in the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 10, T14N, R95W, approximately thirty-one (31) miles south of Red Desert, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

Southland Royalty Company LLC (A0005991)Construct a new gas and condensate production facility, known as the Chain Lakes I5 31 1H PAD (F028132), consisting of the Chain Lakes I5 31-1H and I5 31-A1H wells, with two smokeless combustion devices and one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate tanks, active produced water tanks, pneumatic pumps, truck loading and heater treater gas, located in the SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 25, T23N, R94W, approximately eighteen (18) miles north of Wamsutter, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
