The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Peak Powder River Resources, LLC (A0005990): Modify the Iberlin 1-6TH, 2-7TH, 1-6H and 2-7H PAD, with the addition of production and equipment associated with two new wells, the Iberlin 16-H and 2-7H, with four smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 7, T42N, R74W, approximately one (1) mile northwest of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

Peak Powder River Resources, LLC (A0006067): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Iberlin 1-8-5H and Iberlin 1-8TH PAD, with two smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 8, T42N, R74W, approximately one (1) mile east-northeast of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

Ultra Resources, Inc. (A0006070): Construct a new gas/condensate production facility, known as the Riverside 15-14 SimOps PAD, consisting of the Riverside 7C2-14D, 7D1-14D, 7D2-14D, 8C1-14D, 9C2-14D, 10A1-14D, 10A2-14D, 10B2-14D, 10C2-14D, 10D2-14D, 15B1-14D, 15B2-14D, 15C2-14D, 15D1-14D, 15D2-14D, 16B2-14D, 16C2-14D and 16D2-14D wells, with five reboiler overheads condensers and five smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration units, located in the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 14, T31N, R109W, approximately seven (7) miles south-southwest of Boulder, in Sublette County, Wyoming.

University of Wyoming (A0005343): Modify the Wyoming State Veterinary Laboratory by installing a Consutech C-760SP animal incinerator to replace the Crawford Model CB2400 Incinerator authorized under AP-10658.  The proposed unit is a natural gas fired Consutech C-760SP, multi-chamber animal incinerator.  The unit is designed to incinerate animal remains at a rate of 700 pounds per hour (lb/hr) with a maximum heat input rate of 6.0 MMBtu/hr for the main chamber and 2.5 MMBtu/hr for the afterburner.  The secondary chamber (afterburner) operates at approximately 1,800°F.  The Wyoming State Veterinary Laboratory facility is located at 1174 Snowy Range Road, Laramie, in Albany County, Wyoming.
