The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. (A0005910): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the T-55 FED 35-023872 PAD 1 (F028105), consisting of the T-55 Fed 35-023872-1XTH, 2XTH and RU T-55 Fed 26-233972-1XTH wells, with two common smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil storage tanks, active produced water tanks and truck loadout, located in the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 35, T39N, R72W, approximately twelve (12) miles west-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

SM Energy Company (A0005968): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Army Mule Fed 3976-2-11-1FH (F027496), with one common dual-tip flare to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil storage tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 2, T39N, R76W, approximately thirty-seven (37) miles north of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming.
