The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC (A0005880): Modify the FB-0443 Compressor Station to consists of two (2) 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B/ULB, 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516LEU/+, 1,775 hp Caterpillar G3606LE, 1,470 hp Waukesha L7042GSI, or 1,680 hp Waukesha L7044GSI engines (in any combination), one (1) 20 MMscfd EG dehydration unit equipped with a 1.0 MMBtu/hr reboiler, two (2) 20.0 MMscfd TEG dehydration units with each equipped with a 1.0 MMBtu/hr reboiler, three (3) truck loadouts, one (1) or two (2) combustors, one (1) process flare, two (2) 400 bbl produced water tanks, one (1) 60,000 gal bullet tank, five (5) 50,000 gal bullet tanks, two (2) 5.0 MMBtu/hr stabilizer heaters, and three (3) 2.0 MMBtu/hr stabilizer heaters. The FB-0443 Compressor Station is located in the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 4, T44N, R73W, approximately eight (8) miles east-southeast of Savageton, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

Ultra Resouces, Inc. (A0006016): Modify the Warbonnet 8-6 production facility by installing one (1) 205 hp Caterpillar G3306BTA engine, one (1) 1,380 hp Waukesha L5794GSI engine, and one (1) 380 hp Cummins KTA19GC engine. The Warbonnet 8-6 production facility is located in the SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 6, T30N, R108W, approximately ten (10) miles south of Boulder, in Sublette County, Wyoming. A Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) demonstration in accordance with the Division’s Interim Policy has been conducted. Emission offset requirements, if applicable, have been applied to this permitting action at a ratio of 1.5:1.0 for VOCs and 1.1:1.0 for NOx. Permitting actions to date, including all active applications, have resulted in a decrease in NOx emissions of 734.2 tons and a decrease in VOC emissions of 771.9 tons. Therefore, Ultra Resources, Inc. has met the offset requirements for NOx and VOC.

Ultra Resouces, Inc. (A0006035): Modify the Warbonnet 14-5 SimOps production facility by installing one (1) 205 hp Caterpillar G3306BTA engine, one (1) 840 hp Waukesha 3524GSI engine, and one (1) 325 hp Caterpillar G3406TA engine. The Warbonnet 14-5 SimOps production facility is located in the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 5, T30N, R108W, approximately eleven (11) miles south of Boulder, in Sublette County, Wyoming. Permitting actions to date, including all active applications, have resulted in a decrease in NOx emissions of 734.2 tons and a decrease in VOC emissions of 771.9 tons. Therefore, Ultra Resources, Inc. has met the offset requirements for NOx and VOC.

The Warbonnet 15-5 production facility is located in the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 5, T30N, R108W, approximately eleven (11) miles south of Boulder, in Sublette County, Wyoming. Permitting actions to date, including all active applications, have resulted in a decrease in NOx emissions of 734.2 tons and a decrease in VOC emissions of 771.9 tons. Therefore, Ultra Resources, Inc. has met the offset requirements for NOx and VOC.
