The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0005831): Modify Air Quality Permit P0023547 with the addition of four (4) authorized engine types and increasing the total permitted horsepower per facility from 2,750 hp to 2,760 hp. The seventy-five (75) portable compressor engines may consist of any combination of Caterpillar G3516B, Caterpillar G3516 LE, Waukesha F3524GSI, Caterpillar G3508 ULB, Caterpillar G3508 LE, Caterpillar CG137-12, Caterpillar CG137-8, Cummins KTA19GC, Caterpillar G3306B or Caterpillar G3306NA engines to be operated at various oil and gas well sites in Converse and Campbell Counties, Wyoming.

Liberty Resources Management Company, LLC (A0005859): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Habanero W 4175-25-36-1FH (F028086), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil storage tanks, active produced water tanks and truck loading, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 25, T41N, R75W, approximately eight (8) miles south-southwest of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

Sklar Exploration Company LLC (A0005894): Construct a new sour crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Perry Ranch 30-7 #1 (F027981), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil storage tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 30, T39N, R61W, approximately forty-one (41) miles north-northeast of Lusk, in Niobrara County, Wyoming.
