The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Vanguard Operating (A0005892): Modify the Sierra Madre Salisbury 6-20 well site by converting it to a central facility, known as the Sierra Madre Salisbury 6-20 Tank Battery (F009657), with the addition of production and equipment associated with two new wells, the Sierra Madre Salisbury 13-20 and 14-20, with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tank, located in the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 20, T13N, R89W, approximately four (4) miles north-northeast of Savery, in Carbon County, Wyoming.

Williams Field Services Company (A0005994): Install two (2) 6 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration units at the Fillmore E3 19-1H CDM (F028115), with two reboiler overheads condensers and one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration units, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 19, T19N, R91W, approximately twenty-seven (27) miles west-southwest of Rawlins, in Carbon County, Wyoming.

Williams Field Services Company (A0005963): Install two (2) 6 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration units at the Chain Lakes 29-160H/165H CDM (F028115), with two reboiler overheads condensers and one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration units, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 29, T23N, R93W, approximately nineteen (19) miles north of Wamsutter, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
