The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

BP America Production Company (A0005853): Construct a new gas and condensate production facility, known as the Monument Lake 11-160H/165H PAD (F027738), with five smokeless combustion devices and one low-pressure separator flare to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate tanks, active produced water tanks, pneumatic pumps, truck loading, and low-pressure separator gas, located in the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 11, T22N, R93W, approximately fifteen (16) miles north-northeast of Wamsutter, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

Wexpro Company (A0005842): Construct a new gas/condensate production facility, known as the Trail Unit 155 (F028047), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate storage tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 35, T14N, R100W, approximately thirty-six (36) miles south-southwest of Table Rock, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

Williams Field Services Company (A0005919): Install two (2) 6 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration units at the Fillmore E3 19-4H CDM (F028109), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration units, located in the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 19, T19N, R91W, approximately twenty-seven (27) miles west-southwest of Rawlins, in Carbon County, Wyoming.
