The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0005883): Modify the Blade 22 NWNW PAD (F027780) by starting up the 10 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) dehydration unit and associated equipment, with one reboiler overheads condenser, one TEG flash tank separator and one common smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, dehydration unit, vapor recovery tower, pneumatic pumps and truck loadout, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 22, T40N, R71W, approximately fifteen (15) miles north-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

JTL Group Inc. dba Knife River (A0005803): Modify the VR Pit by increasing the size of the pit from 1,120 acres to 1,600 acres. The VR Pit will include sand and gravel crushing, screening, exposed acreage, stockpiling, haul activity, a hot mix asphalt plant and a concrete batch plant, located within portions of Sections 13, 14, 23, 24, 26 & 27, T33N, R76W, approximately three (3) miles southwest of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming. The applicant estimates an annual production rate of 550,000 tons.

TATA Chemicals (Soda Ash) Partners (A0006049): Modify the Green River Works with the addition of milling and material handling equipment for the dry sorbent injection (DSI) system. The modified system will include a pre-milled trona ore silo, a primary mill, a milled trona surge bin, a milled trona dense phase vessel, and a primary milled trona silo. The DSI system will now be referred to as the DSI Milling and Feeding System. The Green River Works is located in Sections 29-33, T19N, R109W, approximately fifteen (15) miles west-northwest of Green River, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
