The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Chesapeake (A0005862): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the BB 19-35-70 USA A PAD (F028058), consisting of the BB 19-35-70 USA A SX 14H well, with one common smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and truck loadout, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 19, T35N, R70W, approximately sixteen (16) miles north-northeast of Douglas, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP (A0005818): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Shawnee Fed 3368-27-N3XH (F027680), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 34, T33N, R68W, approximately nineteen (19) miles east of Douglas, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Sinclair Casper Refining Company (A0005621): Modify the FCC Unit Gas Plant, FCC Gasoline Hydrotreating Unit, Girbitol Amine Treating Unit, and Depropanizer System at the Casper Refinery. The Casper Refinery is located in Sections 5 and 6, T33N, R78W, approximately two (2) miles east of Casper, in Natrona County, Wyoming.
