The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Andeavor Gathering I LLC (A0005714): Install one (1) 4 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration unit and associated equipment at the Trail Unit 155 (F028059) well site, with one reboiler overheads condenser and one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration unit, located in the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 35, T14N, R100W, approximately thirty-six (36) miles south-southwest of Table Rock, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

North Shore Exploration & Production, LLC (A0002449): Modify the South Baxter Compressor Station by installing of one (1) 800 hp or less rich or rich burn 4-stroke engine (ENG003), one (1) 87 hp Capstone C65 microturbine, one (1) 3.5 million standard cubic feet per day (MMscfd) tri-ethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration unit equipped with a 0.156 million Btu per hour (MMBtu/hr) reboiler, one (1) 3.5 MMscfd amine unit equipped with a 2.6 MMBtu/hr reboiler, one (1) 0.625 MMBtu/hr line heater, one (1) 0.625 MMBtu/hr nitrogen rejection unit (NRU) reboiler, one (1) 0.625 MMBtu/hr seperator heater, two (2) 0.3125 MMBtu/hr tank heaters. The South Baxter Compressor Station is located in the E½ of Section 16, T16N, R104W, approximately sixteen (16) miles south-southeast of Rock Springs, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
