The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

BP America Production Company (A0005716): Construct a new gas and condensate production facility, known as the Monument 9-150D (F027536), with two smokeless combustion devices and one low-pressure separator flare to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate tanks, active produced water tanks, pneumatic pumps and low-pressure separator gas, located in the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 9, T22N, R93W, approximately fifteen (15) miles north-northeast of Wamsutter, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

Merit Energy Company (A0004989): Modify Air Quality Permit MD-98 for the Anschutz Ranch East gas plant by increasing the CO emission limits for the three (3) existing 26.8 MMBtu/hr NGL/NRU heat medium boilers (Units 27, 28 and 29) (IMPACT ID’s BOL008-BOL010). The Anschutz Ranch East Gas Plant is located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 35, T13N, R121W, approximately fourteen (14) miles south-southwest of Evanston, in Uinta County, Wyoming.

Williams Field Services Company (A0005668): Install two (2) 6 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration units at the Chain Lakes I5 31-1H CDM (F028040), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration units, located in the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 25, T23N, R94W, approximately eighteen (18) miles north of Wamsutter, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
