The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

BP America Production Company (A0005362): Modify the Champlin 261 G6 (F020630) by removing the condensate production from the condensate collection system, with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate tank, active produced water tank and pneumatic pumps, located in the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 17, T18N, R93W, approximately thirty-eight (38) miles west-southwest of Rawlins, in Carbon County, Wyoming.

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0005625): Modify the I-80 Compressor Station by replacing the electrically driven compressors with natural gas fired engine driven compressors and updating the facility equipment list. The proposed modification will result in the addition of two (2) 1,875 hp Caterpillar G3606LE lean burn compressor engines, one (1) 1,875 hp Caterpillar G3606LE, 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B or 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516TALE lean burn compressor engine, and one (1) 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B or 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516TALE lean burn compressor engine. The I-80 Compressor Station is located in the SE¼SE¼ of Section 19, T14N, R64W, approximately thirteen (13) miles east of Cheyenne, in Laramie County, Wyoming.

MillerCoors LLC (A0004939): Modify operations at the Worland Grain Receiving Facility by replacing the north and south aspiration units with a single dust collection (baghouse) system (BAG001), updating the exhaust flow rate of the dust collection (baghouse) system (BAG002), revising the haul road traffic emissions to address both paved and unpaved road travel, and incorporating fugitive particulate emissions from truck loading of grain waste including roughage, fines, and chaff. The Worland Grain Receiving Facility is located in Section 7, T47N, R92W, approximately three (3) miles north of Worland, in Washakie County, Wyoming.
