The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. (A0005457): Modify the Skeleton Spring Unit 36-68-10 PAD by installing one (1) 1,480 Waukesha L7042GSI generator engine. This facility is located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 10, T36N, R68W, approximately fifteen (15) miles southeast of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0005610): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Blade 18 SWSW PAD (F027819), consisting of the Blade 41-1830H, 42-18H, 43-1807H and 450-1830H wells, with one common smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, dehydration units vapor recovery towers, pneumatic pumps and truck loadout, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 18, T40N, R71W, approximately seventeen (17) miles north-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

(A0005648): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Blade 19 NENE PAD (F027892), consisting of the Blade 438-1929H, 451-1930H and 452-19H wells, with one common smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, dehydration units vapor recovery towers, pneumatic pumps and truck loadout, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 19, T40N, R71W, approximately sixteen (16) miles north-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.
