The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. (A0005458): Modify the Shelden Draw 37-71-27 PAD by installing one (1) 1,480 Waukesha L7042GSI generator engine. This facility is located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 27, T37N, R71W, approximately seven (7) miles southwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC (A0005163): Modify the Shelden Compressor Station to consist of ten (10) compressor engines, one (1) 300 hp rich or lean burn generator engine, one (1) 400 bbl produced water tank equipped with a 0.25 MMBtu/hr heater, one (1) 50,000 gal or two (2) 20,000 gal condensate bullet tank(s), two (2) truck load-outs, two (2) 25.0 MMscfd or one (1) 40.0 MMscfd TEG dehydration unit(s), one (1) or two (2) 1.5 MMBtu/hr TEG reboiler(s), one (1) JT skid and up to two (2) combustors or flares. Additionally, this application will update emissions from fugitive components, pigging activities, blowdowns, and rod packing. The Shelden Compressor Station is located in the NW¼NW¼ of Section 16, T37N, R70W, approximately three (3) miles south-southwest of Bill, Converse County, Wyoming.

Southland Royalty Company LLC (A0005498): Operate sixteen (16) portable compressor engines consisting of four (4) 95 hp Caterpillar G3304NA, six (6) 145 hp Caterpillar G3306NA and six (6) 203 hp Caterpillar G3306TA compressor engines at oil and gas well sites at various locations in Sweetwater and Carbon Counties in Wyoming.
