The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC (A0004876): Construct the Mary’s Draw facility, to consist of five (5) 1,035 hp Caterpillar G3512B, 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516LE+, 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B, 637 hp Caterpillar 3412LE or 840 hp Waukesha F3524GSI engines (ENG001-ENG005, in any combination), five (5) 1,775 Caterpillar G3606LE, 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516LE+, 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B, 1,478 hp Waukesha 7042GSI or 1,680 hp Waukesha 7044GSI engines (ENG006-ENG010, in any combination), one (1) 300 hp or less rich or lean burn 4-stroke engine (ENG011), either one (1) 40 MMscfd dehydration unit (DHY001) equipped with a 3.0 MMBtu/hr reboiler (HET001) or two (2) 20 MMscfd dehydration units (DHY001-DHY002) each equipped with a 1.5 MMBtu/hr reboiler (HET001-HET002), the flexibility of either a combustor or flare to control the dehydration unit(s), one (1) 400 bbl atmospheric water storage tank (TNK001), two (2) 20,000 gallon pressurized condensate storage tanks (TNK002-TNK003), and pigging activities. The Mary’s Draw facility is located in the SW¼ NE¼ of Section 30, T41N, R72W, approximately fourteen (14) miles southeast of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

Westmoreland Kemmerer, LLC (A0005010): Modify operations at the Kemmerer Mine by revising the coal removal progression, permanently incorporating the temporary highwall mining operation, modifying the Sorensen stilling shed, and constructing a temporary coal storage pile. The Kemmerer Mine is located approximately five (5) miles southwest of Kemmerer, in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
