The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0005550): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Blade 22 NWNW PAD (F027780), consisting of the Blade 39-2210H and 447-2210H wells, with one common smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, vapor recovery tower, pneumatic pumps and truck loadout, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 22, T40N, R71W, approximately fifteen (15) miles north-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0005588): Modify the Marys Draw 24-13H, 25-13H, 415-13H PAD, now known as the Marys Draw 13 SWSE PAD (F026306), with the addition of production and equipment associated with one new well, the Marys Draw 491-1312H, with one reboiler overheads condenser, two common smokeless combustion devices and one common smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, dehydration units, vapor recovery towers, pneumatic pumps and truck loadout, located in the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 13, T40N, R72W, approximately seventeen (17) miles north-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Southwestern Production Corporation (A0005514): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the BFU 14-23V (F028021), with one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and produced gas, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 23, T35N, R76W, approximately nine (9) miles north-northwest of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming.
