The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following request:

Mullinax Concrete Service Co., Inc. (A0005432): Establish the Dead Horse Mine, a 292 acre sand and gravel mine. The Dead Horse Mine will include sand and gravel crushing, screening, exposed acreage, stockpiling, and haul activity, located within Sections 28 and 29, T49N, R77W, approximately thirty (30) miles east-southeast of Buffalo, in Johnson County, Wyoming. The applicant estimates an annual production rate of 625,000 tons per year. No hot mix asphalt plants or concrete batch plants are planned for this site.
