The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Natrona County (A0005160): Establish the Bates Creek Gravel Pit, a 12.53 acre pit, which will include gravel crushing, screening, exposed acreage, stockpiling and haul activity, located in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 30, T31N, R79W, approximately sixteen (16) miles south of Casper City Hall, Casper, in Natrona County, Wyoming. No concrete batch or hot mix asphalt plants are planned for this site. The applicant estimates an annual production rate of 80,000 tons.

Powder River Crude Services, LLC (A0005145): Construct the Converse Station with the installation of three (3) 50,000 barrel (bbl) internal floating roof (IFR) tanks (TNK001-TNK003). The Converse Station is located in Section 13, T39N, R73W, approximately eighteen (18) miles west-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC (A0005097): Modify the PRCC Compressor Station by replacing the existing 20.0 MMscfd TEG dehydration unit with a 30.0 MMscfd TEG dehydration unit, and add the flexibility of either a combustor, flare or a BTEX eliminator to control the two (2) 30.0 MMscfd TEG dehydration units. TCGS would like the option of installing two (2) separate flares/combustors, one (1) for each dehydration unit, or one (1) larger flare/combustor to control both units. The PRCC Compressor Station is located in the SW¼ SE¼ of Section 18, T40N, R71W, approximately sixteen (16) miles north-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.
