The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0005049): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Catapult 1 SENW PAD (F027723), consisting of the Catapult 116-0136H and 117-0136H wells, with one common smokeless flare and one reboiler overheads condenser to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, dehydration units, vapor recovery towers, pneumatic pumps and truck loadout, located in the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 1, T39N, R73W, approximately nineteen (19) miles west-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

EOG Resources, Inc. (A0005181): Operate seventy-five (75) portable compressor engines to consist of any combination of Caterpillar G3508 ULB, Caterpillar G3508 LE, Caterpillar CG137-12, Caterpillar CG137-8, Cummins KTA19GC, Caterpillar G3306B or Caterpillar G3306NA engines to be operated at various oil and gas well sites in Converse and Campbell Counties, Wyoming.

Southwestern Production Corporation (A0005007): Construct a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the BFU 22-27 (F027898), with one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and produced gas, located in the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 27, T35N, R76W, approximately nine (9) miles north-northwest of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming.
