The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Four Corners Petroleum, LLC (A0004940): Modify an existing sweet crude oil production facility, known as the Battery 3 (F027883), with a smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tank, located in the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 23, T46N, R65W, approximately ten (10) miles south of Upton, in Weston County, Wyoming.

Four Corners Petroleum, LLC (A0004941): Modify an existing sweet crude oil production facility, known as the Battery A1 (F027884), with a smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tank, located in the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 22, T46N, R65W, approximately ten (10) miles south of Upton, in Weston County, Wyoming.
