LQD Advisory Board Meeting - September 12, 2017

The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Land Quality Division (LQD), will hold an Advisory Board (AB) Meeting beginning at 10:00 a.m., on September 12, 2017 in Classroom 10 at the Wyoming Contractors Association Regional Training Center, 2220 Bryan Stock Trail, Casper, Wyoming.  The major item of discussion will be proposed revisions to the LQD’s in situ mining regulations contained in Noncoal Chapter 11 and Coal Chapter 18. The AB members may be asked to vote on whether the proposed rules should proceed to the Environmental Quality Council for formal rulemaking at this meeting.  For additional information regarding the meeting please contact Craig Hults at 307-777-7066 or by e-mail at
